Salón de Agave is a guided agave tasting room in Mexico City
dedicated to helping people understand, taste, and enjoy agave
spirits beyond the basics.
Our tastings are structured, relaxed, and led by knowledgeable hosts
who break everything down clearly: what you’re drinking, where it comes
from, how it’s made, and why it tastes the way it does. No pressure, no
pretension, and no prior experience required.
Each session features a curated selection of agave spirits from
different regions and producers, with context around tradition,
production methods, and flavor. We focus on education through
tasting—so whether you’re new to agave or already a fan, you’ll
leave with a better understanding and a sharper palate.

Salón de Agave exists to be a platform for these
producers—to create space for their work to be
understood, respected, and experienced with
context. Without them, this place would not exist.
As we grow, our commitment remains the same:
to support smaller players in the agave world,
amplify their voices, and share agave spirits
responsibly, with transparency and respect.
